Unexpected birthday surprises await!

Our stay was memorable, starting with a surprise room upgrade for my birthday. The staff's effort in finding us a late-night restaurant was truly exceptional.

However, we faced a minor inconvenience with the rooftop terrace. it wasn’t open for refreshments as anticipated, which was a little disappointing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the visit enjoyable. Rooms were clean and spacious, with lovely views. Breakfast offered a good variety, though coffee could be improved. Overall, the location is excellent for exploring, but some noise can be heard from the surroundings.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring iconic sites like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, making it easy to dive into Istanbul's rich history. The staff treated us like family, offering personalized assistance and thoughtful gestures, like providing cold bottled water as we headed out. Our room was cozy and beautifully designed, and the breakfast was a highlight with its variety of delicious options. However, I would have appreciated a slightly wider selection of dinner dining options at the hotel itself.

Exceptional hospitality and delicious breakfast!

The culinary scene near Sirkeci Mansion is absolutely incredible! Just a stone's throw away, Neyzade Restaurant serves mouthwatering kebabs that dance on your taste buds, and Taya Hatun Cafe is perfect for a cozy afternoon tea. Plus, Okay and his team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

However, we experienced a hiccup with our room not being cleaned one day, which left us wondering what happened. We also found ourselves short on towels and had to ask for replacements. Breakfast could use a serious upgrade, as it lacked variety and wasn't replenished well. Still, the charm of Istanbul kept our spirits high!

Sirkeci exceeded my expectations during this weekend trip! The friendly staff were always helpful, and the breakfast had a fantastic selection of homemade dishes. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the major sights of istanbul, much better than my last stay here.

sirkeci mansion is a gem! the location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the tram line and major sites. the breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering many choices daily. i loved the wellness center, especially the relaxing turkish bath after a day of exploring.
